QR Code Generator

Generate custom QR codes for URLs, WiFi, contacts, and more — plus batch-generate and decode QR images, free and entirely in your browser.

How to use the QR Code Generator

  1. On the Generate tab, choose a content type (URL, Text, WiFi, Email, Phone, SMS, or vCard) and fill in its fields — the preview updates as you type.
  2. Adjust the foreground/background colors and error correction level, and optionally upload a logo.
  3. Download the result as PNG or SVG.
  4. For many QR codes at once, switch to the Batch tab, paste one value per line, click Generate batch, and download the ZIP.
  5. To read an existing QR code, switch to the Decode tab and upload, drag, or paste an image containing one.

How This Tool Works

Pick a content type on the Generate tab — URL, plain text, WiFi network, email, phone number, SMS, or a vCard contact card — and fill in its fields. The QR code updates live as you type, since watching your code take shape is part of getting it right before you download it.

Customize the foreground/background colors and error correction level, and optionally add a logo — uploading one automatically raises error correction to High (H) so the extra redundancy keeps the code scannable with part of it covered. Download the result as PNG or SVG.

Need many QR codes at once? The Batch tab takes a list of values (one per line, up to 100), generates a QR code for each, and bundles them into a single ZIP download with a manifest mapping each file back to its original value.

Already have a QR code and just want to know what it says? The Decode tab reads one from an uploaded image, a dropped file, or a pasted screenshot — entirely in your browser, with a plain-language summary when it recognizes a WiFi, email, phone, SMS, or contact-card payload.
